hunting gearHunting season is around the corner and each year, I like to give my husband something new to take along. I don't buy guns for him, leaving that to his expertise, but instead, I like to give him hunting gear that will make his stay in the woods more comfortable. Since we are a family of dedicated campers, he's used to tents and some of the challenges that go along with roughing it. This season I'm giving him this DVD player storage case for the small electronics he brings along when hunting. Since the days are short now, he likes to have ways to entertain himself at nightfall, and watching movies on his new MP4 player works for him. He also takes along a Garmin GPS as part of his essential hunting gear, and I'm so glad he does. It's easier than one would think to get turned around in the woods, so he writes down the location of the tent, and if he can't easily find it after tromping around the woods all day. My husband likes to have his hunting gear organized, so I think this is just perfect for all the gadgets he brings along.
